Returns & Exchanges

In-store exchange policy within 7 days of purchase. Original condition, tags, and receipt required. No cash refunds; underwear and sale or promo items excluded.

For your convenience, we will gladly exchange your purchases subject to the conditions below.

  1. Underwear, once sold, cannot be returned.
  2. No returns on any item purchased on sale or on promotion.
  3. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the purchase date. There are no cash refunds.
  4. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, not altered, and have the original tags attached at the time of exchange.
  5. The original receipt must be presented at the time of exchange.
